Public Security System

Alarm handling subsystem is the kernel system responding to the city public safety emergency, and is also the kernel system of the public security’s "three as one". It is the main work platform which accepts and disposes of telephone alarm emergency, supplies service for those appealing for help and takes charge of the basic information collection of specific events, resource scheduling and disposition of the incident.

The subsystem connects the public telecommunications network or private network, focusing on dealing with emergency calls made to the Police through 110,119,122,120, and so on. It mainly contains equipment of software and hardware to connect to public telecommunications network or private network, to transmitting emergency telephone, distribute call automatically (in line), record alarm situation, hand out police order, and record feedback, etc.

The system of city Emergency Response Centre uses the model of "unified response to the accepted reports, classified alarm handling by different seats, Comprehensive superintending and manoeuvre, cooperating of Emergency Response Units and synchronic response by professional centers ". The design capability of daily receiving and transaction is above XX, setting XXX seats of alarm receiving and transaction; during the first project it builds daily acceptance capability of above XXX0000, setting XXX seats of alarm accepting and handling and some specialized seats. It uses PBX to provide services of call distribution.

Accordingly, the scheme designing follows integrity, advance and maturity, economic usefulness, Safe reliability, openness and expansibility, and easy-to-manage-and-maintain as well as strong exploitability.

Recognizing that the three alarm centers are integrated to one platform, and to establish an efficient, flexible integration platform will be the key point to increase the efficiency of the present communication and self-image building, Infobird has made
